Der 1. FC Nürnberg e.V. sucht dich als Auszubildenden zum Kaufmannim Einzelhandel (m/w/d) für das kommende Ausbildungsjahr (01.09.2019).
Deine Aufgaben:
- Kundenberatung im Laden, telefonisch und per Email
- Verkauf von Fanartikeln, Gutscheinen, Kassiervorgang inkl. Storno
- Verkauf von Eintrittskarten, Kassiervorgang inkl. Storno
- Kundenreklamationen, Umtausch, Kundenbestellungen, Kundenreservierungen
- Wareneingangskontrolle
- Ladenpflege und Regalpflege
- Dekoration und Präsentation
- Beflockung
- Mitarbeit Inventurvorbereitung, Warenwirtschaftssystem
- Mitarbeit bei Werbemaßnahmen
Dein Profil:
- Mittlere Reife
- Hohe soziale Kompetenz, Teamfähigkeit sowie Bereitschaft zum selbstständigen Arbeiten
- Teamfähigkeit, hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Begeisterung für Sport, idealerweise Bezug zum Fußball und zum 1. FC Nürnberg
- Organisationstalent und Flexibilität
