To complete our Zurich based Quality Programme team, Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA), is looking for a committed team player for the following position:
Junior Manager FIFA Quality Programme (100%)
Your duties

  • Administration and support of all FIFA accredited test institutes for all projects within the FIFA Quality Programme
  • Supporting the FIFA Quality Programme licensing section in relation to test report approval
  • Annual organization of the field test round robin and a laboratory round robin for all accredited test institutes
  • Support for all research projects in the FIFA Quality Programme
  • Progressively taking the lead on individual research projects
  • Coordination of meetings with research institutes, universities and FIFA’s technical consultants
  • Progressively responsible for technical manuals and coordination with standardisation bodies for all existing projects within the FIFA Quality Programme
  • Supporting the FIFA Quality Programme at FIFA tournaments in relation to final installation tests and field tests

Our requirements

  • Bachelor in sports engineering or similar field
  • First experience with technical research projects and related activities, preferably in relation to sport
  • Very good project management, presentation and communication skills
  • Experience in dealing with international clients
  • Fluent in English, good knowledge of either German, French or Spanish
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; knowledge in MS Projects an advantage
  • Ability to complete tasks well organised and successfully, even under ambiguous or stressful situations, with an independently ability to work
  • Conflict resolution oriented working ability
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills and can do attitude
  • Willingness to travel
