  • Establish and manage effective business relationships between assigned Teamsport assets and internal stakeholders
  • Steer the go-to-market process for licensed products with assigned Teamsport assets, ensuring an efficient management of all relevant milestones and deadlines
  • Work cross-functionally with the Teamsport Business Unit, Sports Marketing, country subsidiaries, PUMA Retail and PUMA Finance to drive and implement the commercial strategy for assigned Teamsport assets
  • Steer and implement best practice and business processes to ensure that required rights are commercially exploited and contractual obligations are met and adhered to
  • Ensure that BUs and subsidiaries are fully informed with regards to product, price and distribution demands in alignment with the assets’ brand and corporate identity guidelines
  • Together with relevant controlling teams prepare and check royalty reports in terms of accuracy and required contractual content and take necessary action if discrepancies and/or faults occur
  • Develop in-depth sales reports and analyses for Senior Management on a half yearly basis
  • Analyze and report business performance incl. KPIs on a regular basis and ensure reports are communicated and distributed to all relevant stakeholders.
  • University degree, or similar higher education in business administration, finance, marketing, product, marketing, law or in a related discipline
  • Work experience in a relevant department such as marketing, product management, legal or marketing
  • Team player with good presentation and networking skills
  • Analytical mindset with good planning and organizational skills as well as an eye for detail
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • English language skills required, further languages are a plus
  • Open minded, flexible, proactive and capable of working in a multi-cultural environment
  • Adaptable, good at setting priorities and with an attitude of creative problem solving.
