To complete our Security team, the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) is seeking a highly professional and committed team player for the following position:
Security Manager FIFA World Cup Office Moscow


  • Ensure security is adhered to according to FIFA governance for the men’s world cup events across multiple sites in Russia
  • Liaise with the FIFA World Cup office head to coordinate security-related matters for events leading up to the competition year, and throughout the competition year
  • Be the liaison to the FIFA Director Security in Switzerland on security matters for the men’s world cup in Russia
  • Be the liaison to local Russian authorities on security matters for the world cup sites
  • On behalf of FIFA, in charge of the overall coordination of all security-related activities at the FIFA World Cup locations across the country
  • Be the liaison to the Security in charge of the Local Organisation Committee (LOC) of the World Cup in Russia


  • Proven track record of managing complex international security projects, preferably security of international sports events
  • Very good project management skills required
  • Strong and clear communication (both verbal and written) and relationship-building skills
  • Proficient knowledge of English, and Russian preferred
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications

  • Self-motivated, team player, responsible and independent person with a high level of flexibility
  • Straightforward and honest personality with a strong sense of integrity
  • Passion for football an advantage
  • Must be prepared to travel
  • The position will be based in Moscow, Russia.
  • Non-Russian residents must be willing to relocate to Moscow for 4 years, on local contract terms.
